From Deep Fryer Life to Air Fryer Wife

Do you ever wonder how different your life would be if you changed your way of eating?

It can be entirely evolutionary because of the growth you may endure. It can even be spiritual if you allow it. It can be all these great and wonderful things but the one thing it needs to be is long-term.

I wondered about this lifestyle for a long time before I ever applied it to my own way of living. I used to eat a ton of processed foods and fast food from restaurants like McDonald’s on the daily. Because I used to work there.

I was learning the ways of a vegan lifestyle when I started there; but that ended abruptly and within no time after I took my first bite into their small classic cheeseburger after what seemed to be years in my head.

I’m not going to lie. Switching to healthy food can be very hard, especially when there is no cheese or meat involved. If there is a diet you can name I have probably already tried it and it didn’t work out for me.

I explored veganism in high school. I was a vegetarian for 7 months when I was 21. I tried keto for a very long time and ended up gaining more weight with more health problems. I was tired of feeling hungry all the time and tired of my pre-existing gut issues.

With me having a son and possibly wanting to grow my family in the near future, I knew I didn’t want them to be having to face the same problems as I did with my own health. During my pregnancy I was diagnosed with gestational…
